1 – Fasting coffee

2 – Sweet breakfast

3 – Fatty and fried foods

As for yoghurts with 0% fat and 0% added sugar, if you take a look at the packaging, you will see that it is often written, in very small letters, that yogurt “contains naturally occurring sugars”: So, yes, 0% added sugar means that there is no added sugar, but that does not mean that there is no sugar.
7 – Vegetable chips
Made from vegetables such as beetroot, sweet potato or carrots, these chips include thin slices of vegetables cooked in a deep-frying bath and then seasoned. But don’t be fooled by appearances: what seems healthy is not necessarily healthy.
